Environmental & occupational medicine / A Xavtli program
Xovli
Medical support shaped by your environment.
Xovli brings Medical Capability as a Service to people whose health is shaped by where they live and work. The proposed program connects technology and ongoing support with independent clinical care, adapted to local conditions, exposures and access.
For community health organizations, employers and clinical partners
What is frontier medicine?
The need
The environment changes the care.
Communities with distinct environments or limited access to care need support that understands their circumstances. Local conditions, everyday exposures and available resources shape what care requires, in daily life as well as at work.
Illustrative use
Consider a community far from specialist care.
A local health organization and clinical operator identify the community’s needs and available resources. Xovli would connect preparation, assessment, monitoring and clinician-directed next steps, with follow-through and clear routes for in-person care or urgent escalation.
How it would work
From preparation to follow-through.
Medical Capability as a Service (MedCaaS), including AI as a Service (AIaaS) in development.
- 01
Understand the setting.
Bring together local conditions, relevant exposures, daily demands and available care. Work with local partners to define a useful program and help people access it.
- 02
Connect assessment with action.
Support appropriate clinical assessment, virtual care, monitoring and referral through an authorized clinical operator. Local equipment would match the agreed task.
- 03
Follow the person over time.
Keep follow-up, results and next steps connected. Evaluate the program using defined service measures, permissions and privacy protections.
The direction
Where people live. Where people work.
Applications could span geographically isolated communities, places with distinct environmental exposures, and demanding work in energy, industry, construction, maritime operations, emergency response and radiation settings. Frontier describes the conditions that change medical needs, not distance alone.
AI as a Service is an included development component. Proposed assistance could organize information and support review; clinical decisions stay with the care team. Environmental exposure research is a separate path and is not a claim of an available treatment.
Meet the program leadershipWho we build with
Local needs. A defined service.
Potential partners include community health organizations, health systems and employers. Each program would establish who it serves, who pays and how care is delivered. Xavtli would provide technology and nonclinical support; an independent clinical operator would provide clinical services under a separate scope and fee. The first setting, operator, capacity and price remain open.
Development status
Xovli is a program in development, not a launched service or an unlimited care plan. An initial program would define enrollment, scheduled availability, clinical scope and escalation before delivery.
A few clear answers.
Is Xovli only for workplaces or remote locations?
No. Xovli addresses the environments people live in as well as work in. Local exposures, daily demands and access to care can change medical needs in any location. Communities and workforces are both part of the direction.
What would a partner organization receive?
A defined program combining Xavtli technology and support with an independent clinical operator. The care pathway, people served, hours, equipment, follow-up and funding would be agreed before launch.
Does this replace emergency services or on-site safety staff?
No. The concept supports local services and care teams. Urgent escalation, in-person care and the responsibilities of health and safety personnel must be explicit in each program.
